Her expansive background in business, marketing, logistics coordination, networking and innovative problem solving will help ensure that the home buying or selling process is fast, results driven and stress-free.
Real Estate has always been a part of her family’s lives, whether it was purchasing homes, small businesses or investment rental properties, and moving to Louisville in 2017 has allowed Maria to gain a unique insight into the many facets of relocation.
Prior to pursuing her Real Estate career, Maria operated a professional consulting firm providing
program, event & conference management, public relations and publishing services for NASA,
FBI contractors and West Virginia University. She has served on many professional and community boards for the last 30 years and continues her passion of giving back to the community by volunteering, especially with organizations helping Cancer issues and Mental Health.
Her creativity and determination is rooted on her incredible family history that spans over three
centuries and two continents. Born in Montevideo, Uruguay of Italian parents and raised in West Virginia has allowed her to be fluent in Spanish and Italian while appreciating both American and Appalachian cultures. Her educational portfolio includes a bachelor’s degree from Fairmont State University in Political Science with minors in Business, Spanish & History.
Maria and her husband Dan have three very creative children; their eldest daughter studied fashion in Florence, Italy and is now working in Rome, her youngest son is following the same footsteps studying in Milan, Italy, while their middle daughter is a musician with a degree in Jazz Performance from the University of Louisville operating her own Music and Production Studio in Louisville.
When Maria is not actively assisting clients or networking, she loves to spend time with her family and their Corgi dog, Marnie, shopping for the best deals and traveling the world. She can’t wait to share her knowledge, experiences and attention to details to achieve success for you!
